Terms of Service

These terms apply to VPNBoat accounts, subscriptions, and network acceleration services. Please review the service scope, user responsibilities, and refund rules before use.

Service Scope

VPNBoat provides international routes and subscription services for cross-border access, covering 120+ countries and 180+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Routes currently available to each user are shown in the user panel and client. Coverage does not mean that every location is suitable for accessing every third-party service.

This service provides network connectivity; it does not resell third-party platform accounts, content, or usage licenses. Destination websites set their own regional policies, account eligibility, and content permissions. Users must still follow the rules of those platforms.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users should keep their password and subscription details secure and avoid sharing them on public pages, in chat groups, or in shared files. If you notice an unusual login or exposed subscription details, update your credentials promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time for the account holder's use. This does not permit reselling, renting, publicly distributing a subscription, or sharing an account with others. Accounts must not be used to set up a commercial service that provides connections to other people.

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Please check the plan type and order amount before placing an order.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their use of the service, and are responsible for confirming that their use is lawful. The service must not be used for fraud, system intrusion, distributing malicious software, data theft, intellectual property infringement, or other unlawful activities.

Users must not disrupt the normal operation of routes or platforms, conduct network attacks, send unsolicited bulk messages, or perform automated access without authorization. Users are responsible for activity under their accounts. If a dispute involves account theft or similar circumstances, relevant records may be submitted to help verify what happened.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Network performance depends on local access, carrier routing, destination services, device settings, and maintenance. VPNBoat does not guarantee uninterrupted connections or the continuous availability of any specific third-party platform. Route changes and maintenance information are shared through site announcements or the user panel.

If a problem occurs, users can keep the error details and the names of the platform and route in use, then report the issue by support ticket. Do not include passwords or complete subscription credentials in a ticket. Impacts caused by external network failures, changes to third-party policies, or force majeure will be explained in light of the circumstances. Nothing in this section excludes any liability required by law or limits users' legal rights.

Refund Policy

A full refund may be requested without giving a reason within 7 days of the first payment. Users can sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request by support ticket, including the relevant order details so the payment record can be verified. No explanation of the user experience is required.

Information needed to verify an order is used only to match the requesting account with the transaction. It does not create an additional usage or connection-count threshold. Refund progress is shared through the ticket. Duplicate payments and billing disputes can also be reported through the same channel. Other refund or correction rights provided by law are unaffected by this section.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If VPNBoat identifies unlawful use, resale or account sharing, attacks on the service, or another material breach of these terms, it may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service, depending on the circumstances. Protective measures may be taken first in the event of an urgent security risk. Users may submit an explanation and request a review by support ticket. Account actions do not automatically remove any refund rights available under these terms or applicable law.

Updates to these terms will be published on this page, along with a change to the last-updated month. Important changes affecting subscription benefits or user responsibilities will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Changes will not be applied retroactively to reduce refund rights that have already accrued. If you have questions about a change, review the announcement and confirm the details by support ticket before deciding whether to continue using the service. See the Privacy Policy for information about how account information is handled.
